1. The 7-Day Guarantee
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to test your device. If you discover a functional defect that was not disclosed, you are eligible for a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Eligible for Return
- Hardware failure (e.g., Camera not working).
- Battery health significantly below guarantee.
- Network/Connectivity issues.
- Wrong item delivered.
Not Eligible
- Physical damage caused by user (Drops/Cracks).
- Water damage.
- Change of mind / Found cheaper elsewhere.
- Software modifications (Jailbreaking).
3. Return Process

Initiate: Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days. Provide your order number and a video description of the issue.2
Assessment: Our technical team will assess the issue remotely. If valid, we will arrange for the device to be collected.3
Resolution: Upon physical inspection (24-48 hours), if the defect is confirmed, we will offer a Replacement or a Full Refund.4. Restocking Fees
If a return is accepted for non-defective reasons (exceptional circumstances only), a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover administrative and loss-of-value costs.
